Returns & refunds I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be returned in their original condition and with reasonable care taken of the item. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item if they have simply changed their mind. Once the returned item has been received, I will process the refund as soon as possible. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact me before returning it. In these circumstances, I will cover the reasonable return postage costs and arrange an appropriate solution. Personalised or made-to-order items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty, damaged or are not as described.
